Simple, well balanced, and quite tasty.
Several large double handfuls of spring lettuce mix
1 orange peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 banana peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 mango peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 small avocado peeled and cut into bite size pieces.
This picture shows the fruit layered on top of the spring mix, but you could toss it all together as well.
