Q Hello, I am a Type II diabetic and am interested in trying juicing but was curious how the juice affects blood sugar levels?
A I would recommend juicing vegetables and low glycemic fruits like tomatoes and cucumbers, while avoiding sweet fruits. After you get comfortable with juicing you can always experiment with other fruits.
