This is a quick and easy meal yet very satisfying. It fills you up and will keep well in fridge for your lunch the next day. Simply run everything through the food processor with the “s” blade until its very fine, or however you want it. Mix together in a bowl and dig in!
½ red cabbage
½ bunch of celery
½ English cucumber
1 lemon peeled
1 ½ chunk of fresh ginger
½ pound of baby spinach
1 hot red pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
2 sheets nori cut into small pieces (optional)
