2 shredded beets
finely cut beet greens (from tops)
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 shredded carrot
large handful of sunflower sprouts roughly chopped
juice of ½ lemon
8-10 raw olives finely chopped
1 tablespoon of miso or a small handful of dulse (optional)
½ clove of garlic or hot pepper (optional)
Combine all ingredients in bowl and enjoy.
Note* some in transition may want to add a little cold pressed oil such as olive, flax, or hemp seed.
