Which juice is best to improve general health?

Q To improve general health which juice recipe is best?

A I favor juices comprised mainly of vegetables, or that contain lots of vegetables. Leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, celery, and cucumbers are my favorites and are loaded with nutrients for healing and feeding the body, healthy or otherwise. Add just enough fruit to make the juice palatable.
