Q What time is the best time to drink these juice?
A Really anytime of day, although they should be taken on an empty stomach, which is why many people juice in the morning.
My rule is to drink juice at least 1/2 hr before a meal or 4 to 5 hours after a meal, depending of course on what type of meal, how dense, how much fat etc.
I often have juice in the afternoon, but my stomach is empty and ready to process the fresh juice.
