I love this juice but I added about 6-8 fresh strawberries to the original recipe. It's wonderful with a bit of the berries 'zing'.

Too much ginger for us
by: Anonymous

I used half an inch since neither of us are big fans of ginger. I liked it just fine, but my husband still complained on it. And this was with half of what was in the recipe.

So, I recommend adding the ginger in the end, gradually, to taste.

This is pretty sweet but good. Makes about 3.5 cups.
