1 small beet w/ greens1 apple (cored)2 stalks of celery1 cup or spinachHandful of parsley 1 orange 1 cup romaine lettuce1 kiwi1/2 small ginger rootI made this one day, just to see what it would taste like and after I drank it- it tasted amazing and after about an hour.... I felt ALIVE!
