Sweet Tart

by Steve D

Sweet Tart is one of my favorite breakfast juices. It comes out an amazingly rich orange color, and it's got a spicy, tart but sweet taste. Super good tasting and super good for you too.

This recipe makes about 32-40oz, enough for 4 to have a nice glass each for a breakfast get together. Or you can store it in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 24 hours, but fresh is always best.

Ingredients for Sweet Tart

2-3 golden beet roots (no leaves)

6 carrots

3 large pink grapefruit

1 green apple

2" ginger root

1 lemon, no peel
