Sweet Broccoli

Sweet Broccoli is another of those juices with plenty of greens and nutritional goodness, yet not too harsh for those just beginning, or those that simply prefer a little sweetness to their juices.


1 head of broccoli

2 carrots

2 handfuls of spinach

1 red apple

This juice tasted sweet and with all the greens it had the benefits our bodies need.

Nutritional Goodness

Broccoli is a member of the “cruciferous family” and is said to lower the risk of prostate, bladder, colon, pancreatic, gastric, and breast cancers. It is high in vitamin C, folate, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and vitamin K, with good levels of calcium, selenium, sodium, zinc, sulfur, copper, magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, potassium, and fiber.
