Sweet Beet Smoothie

This is a great way to get a little variety and different nutrients in your smoothie, but still enjoy a sweet creamy smoothie.

3 oranges

3 persimmons

2 bananas

1 beet with stalk and greens

1 fennel bulb

1 head romaine lettuce

1” chunk of fresh ginger root

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 hot pepper

1 tablespoon coconut oil
