I make a different juice for the rest of the day, but this is the one I love first thing in the morning after I get done at the gym. It's sweet and sunny and a beautiful way to start the day! Hope you enjoy!
2 carrots
1 granny smith apple
1 small beet
1/2 lemon or lime (unpeeled)
1" ginger
I've added an orange to this to make it even better. I think it's a great way to get going in the morning, I'd love to hear any feedback!
