Sunrise Greens

Sunrise Greens has only a few ingredients, but they pack a powerful punch when it comes to nutritional value. Kale and spinach are two of the most nutrient dense greens available, and the other ingredients all have special properties that really make this a great juice for those serious about becoming and staying healthy.


½ organic cucumber

handful pineapple

5 stalks kale

handful spinach

¼ of a lemon (no peel)

Old time health enthusiast and teacher Dr. Norman Walker had a green juice containing spinach every day and thought it was a key to great health. He wrote a book entitled “Become Younger” in which he shared his secrets to success. The first chapter of the book was “You are Never too old to Become Younger”.

That’s so true and drinking green juices like Sunrise Greens is sure to put you on your way to greater health and becoming younger. Dr. Walker wrote a number of books on health and although some are out of print some like Become Younger are still very popular and quite reasonably priced.
