Skinny Green

Skinny Green is another great juice for daily consumption or the occasional juice feast. There is virtually no sugar so if you’re trying to eliminate candida, fungus, mold, or parasites this is a great juice. This juice is loaded with minerals and phytonutrients needed for cleansing and building a strong healthy body.

Of course it’s not for the faint of heart, but for the seasoned green juicer or the determined health enthusiast it should be no problem at all. Those new to juicing can dilute with a little purified water.

A day or two of consuming nothing but this juice five to six times along with as much water as you want will provide some serious cleaning out, building up, and loss of a few pounds of waste material stored away in your body. The important thing is to continue a healthy eating regime when you complete your juice feast. Plenty of raw vegetables and greens, with perhaps a few pieces of fruit depending on your situation, will build on your juice feast and improve your health.

The best diet is the diet you eat every day and love to eat. If sugar is a problem for you as it is for most people in our society today then slowly wean yourself off as you increase your raw greens and veggies. It’s never going to be easier than today and will only get tougher as time goes on.

Fresh green juices are wonderful for fighting those sugar cravings, which are actually the little critters inside you calling for more sugar to feed on. If you have cravings for sweets then most likely your body is composting on the inside, which leads to all kinds of degenerative health issues and promotes early aging and death.

Ingredients for Skinny Green Juice

½ green cabbage

½ bunch of dino kale

3 to 4 stalks of celery

½ bunch of cilantro

1 large cucumber

1” chunk of fresh ginger root

1 meyer lemon with rind
