Sea Spaghetti Salad

This salad is quite filling and has a wonderful texture, something you can really get your teeth into. The sea spaghetti is really just dried sea weed, that’s it, nothing else. It’s not minced and reformed or processed in any other way. It’s simply cut into strips and dried. You soak it in water for 24 hours and it’s ready. Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and Enjoy.

¾ pound spring salad mix

Large double handful of sunflower sprouts

1 package of sea spaghetti soaked in water for 24 hours and drained

Juice of 1 lemon or 1 orange

1 avocado

Sea vegetables are loaded with minerals and nutrients and make this a real powerhouse salad.
