1 large Stalk of Rhubarb
1 large Stalk of Celery
1 whole Large Carrot
2 large handfuls of Baby Spinach
2 Whole Apples (Type is your preference)
(optional) Add a 1/4 cup of Sparkling water to give it a lift! Serve on Ice.
