This makes 3 x 16oz2 pears1 apple1.5 cucumberhalf a romain lettuce (7 leaves)1 or 2 stalks of celery150 - 200g spinach (half a bag)1 lemon (i cut half the rind off)inch of gingerFine on its own, but I blend with 1 avocado.I also add1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder and spirulina powder.This juice takes me to dinner.
