This juice is Terrific!!

1 bunch of kale

4 carrots

1/2 a cucumber

2 stalks celery

1 apple

1 lemon

1/4" of ginger

1 beet (greens and bulb)

My husband has juiced in the past, but I am new to it. We pulled out the juicer and tried this recipe. It was easy and fast and we both enjoyed this together. Very tastety and not at all what I expected. We will do this one often!

Indeed a terrific juice. It’s just an energizing drink that you could have anytime and for any age group. This is way healthier and effective than what we get to buy from the market as energy drinks, which are synthetic and costly.

I'm a regular juicer, and I absolutely loved this! My roommate just started juicing with me (this was her third time), and she also liked it. Strong taste, but its sweet enough for beginners.

i agree, it was too strong of a taste. maybe next time i'll use half a beet

This was my first juice of my fast and it was terrible. I don't know which ingredients made me gag but it was rough to get down.

if you are new to juicing you may have to cut some juices with water. this one contains both beet and kale juices which can be harsh for some people.
