This juice is great after a days’ work when you’re looking to recharge your cells. It’s full of minerals and electrolytes.
1 or 2 cucumbers
½ head of celery
½ to 1 bunch of kale
If you’re just starting out you may want to add an apple to sweeten the mix a bit.
