4 stalks of celery
½ bunch of kale
3” chunk of diakon radish
1 small cucumber
½ bunch of spinach
A few sprigs of cilantro or flat leaf parsley
This is a great juice for juice fasting, but of course can provide wonderful health benefits anytime.
If you’re new to green juices this one can be a little strong so you may want to dilute it with water. You could also add an apple or pear to sweeten it up a little.
If you start to feel cold during your juice fast add a chunk of fresh ginger to your juices which is a warming spice and will do the same for you.
