Green Goer Smoothie
If you have problems going then this recipe might be for you.
1 Aloe vera leaf(take the gel out of the aloe vera put it into the blender and discard the leaf.if you are allergic to aloe vera then substitute it for something else)
half handful of parsley
handful of pineapple
1 tsp of flaxseeds
1/2 cup of prune juice(regular prunes or dates are fine)
1 cup of filtered water
drink plenty of water afterwards to help you along :)
