Good Morning Greens

Handful of Parsley
3 Leaves of Curly Kale
1 Kiwi - not too soft peeled
1 Granny Smith Apple

Optional - 2 Celery Stalks
Juice in the above order and enjoy!

Great as a morning drink or an afternoon snack. I use it as a preworkout drink. Great use of kiwi's when they are to hard to eat out of hand.
