All the ingredients for this superb cleansing juice are potent and magical in their benefits, and cabbage may be the king of these.
Cabbage is known to help with constipation and keep the digestive tract moving. The high sulfur content cleanses the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestinal tract, so nutrients are better absorbed. Many people find it hard to lose weight because their bodies are forever starved of nutrients, and so they feel hunger all the time. When the digestive tract works properly and nutrients are absorbed from a good healthy diet then appetite drops off accordingly and so do the pounds.
Being high in Vitamin C, cabbage it is great for strengthening the immune system. There are alternative therapies for major dis-eases that use high doses of vitamin C as a cornerstone, and daily intake of this critical vitamin in sufficient quantities is key to maintaining great health.
Cabbage is both anti-bacterial and anti-viral making it a superior food to kill germs, parasites and viruses. It is also high in vitamin K, iodine, iron, manganese, and both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Ingredients for Fat Burner
½ head green cabbage
½ bunch celery
1 bunch dandelion greens
½ lemon, with rind
1” to 2” chunk of fresh ginger root
