1 cup raw cranberries
1 cucumber
1 slice of cantaloupe
1 tsp Barley Max (or green barley)
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 tsp Flax seed
1 tsp Hemp seed
6 Black berries
1 1/2 cup of water or almond milk
This is enough for 2 glasses
Blend until smooth
