Coconut- Almond Milk Mocktail

A fairly simple and satisfying blend. young coconut water and fresh made almond milk.

For low sugar, but craving something nutty flavored chock FULL of electrolytes and calcium. These are important for maintaining the bones in the body and replenishing water after a workout.

3 parts young coconut water, 1 part unsweetened almond milk.

Coconut juice is naturally mildly sweet, has less sugar than most fruit juices.
