Q I've been peeling my carrots but I've read it's best to leave them on. I heard that the carrot is sweeter peeled. What say you?
A It may be sweeter without the peel, but as with most fruits and vegetables much of the nutrition is actually in the peels/skins. So leave the peel on and enjoy!
