Can you freeze juices and use them later?

Q Can you freeze juices and use them later?

A You can freeze the juice and drink it later, but freezing destroys much of the goodness contained in fresh juice. The minerals are still there, some of the vitamins, but only about 30% of the enzymes. I personally would juice only enough to be consumed that day and preferably within minutes.

All foods are best consumed as fresh from the source as possible. Fruits are best right of the tree or vine. Greens are best right from the plant. Most people are not able to eat their food this fresh, but once a food has been processed, such as through a juicer it starts to degrade right away. Fresh is best!
