Beginners Recipe

This Beginners Recipe is a wonderful juice if you're just starting out because it's very tasty, but not too sweet, and very good for you. It has greens which are so important for good health, and I think should be included in every juice. Even if you've been juicing for some time I think you'll enjoy this one.


1 handful of spinach

1 red apple

2 carrots

2 pieces of pineapple

2 leaves of romaine lettuce
