Apple, Lime & Mint Delight not only sounds good, but tastes great as well. The type of apple you use will determine how sweet this smoothie is. Some may like it sweeter than others so choose your apples accordingly.
4 sticks of celery
several fresh mint leaves
1 cup of pure water
Blend all ingredients together. Serve slightly chilled if you can wait that long. This smoothie would be great any time of day, even as a dinner meal replacement.
½ a head of romaine lettuce or ½ a pound of fresh spinach leaves would be a nice addition to this recipe and give it a real nutritional boost.
