Apple Jack

by Danny

Apple Jack is a delightful juice great for any time of day. It’s a slight deviation from the Ginger Hopper, which is carrot and apple juice with a small chunk of fresh ginger root. The greens in this juice provide extra minerals and help buffer the sugar from the apples and carrots. I think this one would be good for children as well. Enjoy!

4 Green apples

2 Carrots

1 stalk celery

1 large handful of baby spinach
