EZ Raspberry Pie

For the crust
2 cups Almonds soaks 6 hours
1/2 cup dates
Process in food processor until smooth. Press into pie plate, preferably glass
For the Filling
4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1/3 cup honey or sweetener of choice
1/3 to 1/2 cup psyllium husk powder
Process in food processor until smooth. Pour into crust.
For the whipped cream
1/2 cup macademia nuts, cashews or a mix of both
juice of 1 orange
Process until smooth. Pipe around the edge as in photo alternated with whole raspberries. Whipped cream is optional, but a very nice addition.
