great drink

My variation is with only 1 apple and 2 leaves of romaine and substitute a peach instead of a pear. It makes the drink sweeter. Fabulous drink.

question regarding spinach
by: Anonymous

do you use baby spinach to juice or blend in blender?

Hugh's reply***You can use it either way. Juice it, blend it in a smoothie, or mix it into a green salad.

Fennel

Do you use just the bulb or the stems and green parts too? I used just the bulb, wasn't sure how to juice the rest. Great flavor!

Hugh's reply****I use the bulb and stems/tops myself. I just feed the stems right down into the juicer and push through with celery or carrot or such. it works well.
