Winter Salad

Winter salad for one:

Romaine (2 large hearts or 1 small head)

Red papaya (half medium)

Avocado (1 medium)

Fennel bulb (1 small or half large)

Cilantro (to taste)

Cut or chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Combine in a bowl and enjoy!

You can substitute any citrus fruit for the papaya for a slightly different but very seasonal and yummy salad. Blood oranges are especially pretty.
