Winter salad for one:Romaine (2 large hearts or 1 small head)Red papaya (half medium)Avocado (1 medium)Fennel bulb (1 small or half large)Cilantro (to taste)Cut or chop all ingredients into bite size pieces. Combine in a bowl and enjoy!You can substitute any citrus fruit for the papaya for a slightly different but very seasonal and yummy salad. Blood oranges are especially pretty.
