The Winter Brew juice gives you a wide variety of nutrients from some really powerful vegetables. Lots of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients in this one. This is a great winter juice with all the ingredients being available during the winter months. Funny how that works, nature provides us with the specific foods and nutrients that we need for each season. Eat (or juice) with the seasons and have all your bases covered.
Ingredients for Winter Brew Juice
5 - 6 carrots
5 – 6 stalks of celery
Handful of parsley
½ bunch of kale
1” chunk of fresh ginger root, or more to taste
½ lemon, peel and all
