Q What fruits are fattening when you're juicing to lose weight, and how many times a day should you juice?

A No juices are really fattening by themselves because they are a meal or snack replacement. Even if you juice 1/2 hr before a meal it will cut your appetite and how much you'll eat. Juices will actually cleanse your body and help you shed excess weight.

Drinking fresh juice actually curbs ones appetite because your body is getting nearly all the nutrition those whole foods that were juiced had to offer.

Many times we are hungry because our bodies are starving for nutrition and not calories. When our nutritional needs are met one typically eats more moderately in terms of consumption.

You can juice as many times a day as you like. When juice fasting people may have 5 or 6 large juices a day.
