Vegetable Mix

This Vegetable Mix recipe is easy and quick, just shove everything in and go, a great detox, or energy booster. The cucumber can be over powering so only add 1/2. A very different juice, with everything you need in to keep you going for the day.

INGREDIENTS:

5 cherry tomatoes

3 large carrots

1/2 cucumber

1 whole broccoli

1 pepper (I used red)

1 small apple (remove core)

I have just tried this recipe which I have made in a blender so bit thicker than smoothie but I don't mind.

Mixture looks a bit sicky but I added some whole small red grapes to the glass once I poured it from the mixer.

These gave the effect of being a nice sweet treat within the mixture which I eat with teaspoon from the glass as a substitute meal.
