Vegetable Juicing

Q How much vegetable juice are you allowed to drink in a day?

A There are no set and hard rules on this. You can virtually drink all you like. Some people go on juice fasts, also known as juice feasts, where all they do is drink juice for days, weeks, and even months.

If a person is on medication and or has serious health concerns then they should probably check in with their health care practitioner before embarking on anything long term.

If you’re new to juicing then drinking large amounts of juice can lead to some detox symptoms like gas, bloating, headaches, and multiple trips to the toilet. That’s not a reason not to do it, but I just want to let you know what is possible.

I love juicing and think it is a very valuable tool in becoming and staying healthy. Juicing is great for weight loss and overall detoxification.
