I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks drinking 2 large glasses a day and one normal meal in the evening.
The juice recipe I use is:
1 pound of red grapes
2 slices of pineapple
It's really tasty and good for you.
**********This sounds like a wonderful juice recipe and has certainly given results, but I would like to see some leafy greens in the recipe to add alkalinity and minerals. Leafy greens rock!
