¼ cup sprouted lentils¼ cup sprouted chick peas¼ cup sprouted peas1 handful each of mung bean, alfalfa, sunflower (greens), and fenugreek sprouts1 pinch each of onion, radish and broccoli sproutsjuice of ½ lemon¼ cup dulse flakes (optional)1 handful of walnuts soaked overnight, rinsed and chopped or 10 raw olives choppedMix all ingredients together in bowl and enjoy.
