Simple Avocado Dressing

It's so simple and even wins over SAD people! ;)

Serving size is for one person.

Ingredients:

- 2 medium avocados (ripe and flavorful!)

- 1-2 cups (3-5 dl) of water --> The consistency is dependent on you, but as it goes on a huge salad it should be watery, not thick.

-* Ginger (I want a strong flavor, & use over an inch/3 cm)

-* Onion (big tbs., though I don't use normally)

-* Salt

-* Chili

* Optional, but recommended. Welcome to try variations!
The first two are 'the base'.

For an 80-10-10'er like me this works fine as well (15%), I don't eat overt fats daily.
