Sea Veggie Wraps

This is a really tasty and nutritious recipe that is great as an entrée or as an appetizer. Its fast, needs no electric equipment, with easy prep and easier clean-up.

1 head of romaine lettuce

1 carrot shredded

1 large handful of your favorite fresh sprouts

3 sheets of nori cut into approx 1" by 3" strips

Place a spoonful of sauce at the top of a lettuce leaf; add a pinch of sprouts, shredded carrot, and a strip of nori. Fold the top of the leaf over and add just one more strip of nori. Continue to fold the top over until you get to the stem. And Enjoy! Eating the lettuce stem last cleanses the mouth and has a quite enjoyable taste, preparing the palate for the next wrap.

Sauce Recipe

3 tablespoons of dulse flakes

2 tablespoons of tahini

2 tablespoon chia

Juice of one lemon

1/3 cup pure water

Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 15 minutes. Add more water if needed. I like to put the tahini, lemon juice, and water into a jar and shake briskly for a minute or 2. Then pour out into a small bowl and mix in other ingredients. Sauce should be thick so that it will stay put in the wrap.
