Q Can you give me juice recipe's to lower blood pressure, and not raise blood sugar?

A Just about any of the Vegetable Juicing Recipes on the website should work for you, except perhaps those with large amounts of carrots.

Lowering the total fat in your diet will help control your blood sugar too. Many times it’s the fat in your blood that is interfering with sugar absorption into the cells.
