Rainbow Smoothie

I thought of this recipe for the Rainbow Smoothie while I was eating skittles (the candy). This smoothie won’t look like a rainbow after it’s blended, but all the ingredients look like a rainbow when you start out. And this smoothie sure is good for you! :D

Rainbow Smoothie Ingredients

Large handful of blueberries

Large handful of raspberries

1 orange (leave seeds but peel it)

Half a lemon (leave seeds but peel it)

Large handful of spinach or kale

Using spinach over kale will give you a smoother less harsh taste. Depending on the time of year some kales can be rather strong.

Blend together on high until you have a smooth consistency. Add ice when you blend if you want. Enjoy! (No Skittles required)
