Orange & Green Smoothie

Wow, the Orange & Green Smoothie is tasty and super nutritious. I drink this right after my morning workout of snowshoeing.

This is great before or after workout, or any other time of day. This a well-rounded smoothie nutritionally speaking as it covers all the bases and could be a complete meal if the proportions were increased. It has healthy fats, electrolytes, fresh fruit, and leafy greens; everything needed to carry you and your body to the next meal.


Ingredients for Orange & Green Smoothie

1/4 cup of fresh raw coconut

1 cup of spring water

1 orange peeled

2 TBS raw hemp seed

2-3 cups of raw spinach

1 TBS squeeze of fresh lime

This recipe can be doubled or tripled if you want more than 8 OZ.
