My mom always said "Eat your Veggies. They are good for you". So that's how I named the smoothie. For 1 serving. 5 strawberries1 banana1 stalk of celery1 small cucumber1 small piece of green pepper1 large kale leafand some spinach5 ice cubes and water. I find it tastes better cold.
