How much juice to drink

Q How many ounces of juice should I drink in a day?

A You can drink as little or as much juice in a day as you would like. I usually drink a quart of green juice a day.

Some people will enjoy and 8 ounce glass and that is good for them while those doing a juice fast may drink up to a gallon a day.

I think green juices are best and can be drank in large quantities, however fruit juices if done at all should probably be taken in small amounts. With the fiber gone there's a lot of sugar hitting the system all at once. I typically only use fruit to sweeten up a particularly bitter green or vegetable juice.
