Wow, tasty and zippy the Holiday Beet is incredible. If you’re looking for a healthy non-alcoholic drink for the holidays, well then this just might be the ticket.

Drink a few of these over the holidays and you’ll have the jump on your new year’s resolution of getting healthier and losing weight. The beetroot and carrots give a few calories for energy, and the overall juice is a great cleansing tonic. I could drink these all day long. Heck, all year long.

Carrots are one of the most underrated vegetables of the day. They are best known for the high levels of beta-carotene they contain, but they also contain a plethora of phytonutrients useful for building strong healthy bodies and fighting disease. Disease like the big C.


Ingredients of Holiday Beet Juice

1 beetroot

4 to 5 carrots

3 to 4 celery stalks

Handful of cilantro

½ lime, with peel

1” chunk of fresh ginger root, or more to taste


If a person commits to daily juicing for several months the health benefits will become self-evident and one will have all the motivation needed to continue on the path to greater health. Juicing is a way for the body to glean superb nutrition in a way that requires little work from the digestive system. This is what makes juicing so powerful.

In fact if one kept the idea of making all meals more easily digestible then many negative health issues never need arise, and greater life extension could be realized.
