Getting enough protein

Q Is temph cottage cheese and Greek yogurt considered raw , the reason I am asking is that I have been eating raw the last 2 days and my protein macros have been low. I am a vegan so any suggestions?

A The temph is not raw and it is highly unlikely the yogurt is either. Greens are loaded with protein as are avocados, nuts and seeds.

Not sure what you're looking for in terms of daily intake, but a diet of mostly raw fruits and vegetables fulfills the needs nicely. Add in a few nuts or seeds and you're well covered.
