Fennel Salad

This is really a refreshing salad no matter what time of year it is. It’s fresh crisp cool taste is an ideal way to start out a meal.

1 large fennel bulb shredded

1 red bell pepper cut into 2” long thin strips

1 soft skinned cucumber diced

½ avocado chopped

Juice of 1 lemon or lime

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.
