Are there foods that help with pain-inflammation?

Q Are there foods I can juice that will help with inflammation?

A Juicing in general should help with inflammation and then there are foods like blueberries, bok choy, collards, grapes, cherries, pineapple, cantaloupe, ginger, turmeric, and cayenne peppers that are specifically noted to help.

Omega 3 fatty acids can also be very helpful. If you take supplements then a high quality systemic enzyme taken on an empty stomach would be very effective.

Re: pain and inflammation

I have read where alkaloids in the nightshade foods, of which peppers, potatoes and tomatoes are a part of, may contribute to joint inflammation and issues such as gout and arthritis.

*****This is true, very good point.
